Frank Caris has twenty years of international management experience in the high-tech industry with a strong focus on turnarounds, interim-management, divestitures and rapid expansion of new businesses. He was Business Line Manager Healthcare at NXP Semiconductors, General Manager of the Emerging Products Group at Philips Semiconductors, President of KeyXperience, President & General Manager at Philips Voice Control Systems, General Manager of smartconnect.com and a Vice-President and GM at Lernout & Hauspie.

Frank is a Director on the dpiX, LLC Board of Management and a member of the FlexTech Alliance Board of Directors.

Frank, a Dutch native, has an MBA from the Simon School, Rochester, New York (MBA) and the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He also graduated from Leiden University with a ML in Business Law & Intellectual Property. Frank is married and is the proud father of two daughters.
